Megan’s Week in Geek
To start this Week in Geek review off to a sad start – did anyone catch on reddit r/gaming the super incredible tomb stone of a kid playing pokemon? Holy cow did that one just punch me right in the feels. While I try not to weep for a while, I hope you catch ’em all kid. /sniff
So now that i’m trying not to drown myself in a flood of tears (really, thanks Megan for the super up beat Friday morning!!) my first thought is ALCOHOL. Did you catch that Dogfish Head made a beer using moon dust? I require ALL my beers to be extra-terrestrial somehow now! (Shipping a Guinness into outer space and back will work just fine for me actually)
Speaking of things I want, i’ve been drooling over the deathstar soccer ball by ThinkGeek! I would have played with that thing all the time as a kid! Now, I would probably just use it to scare my cats…
And now speaking of something that is super DO NOT WANT – there is a woman out there writing Dinosaur Erotica. Not like… Dinosaurs from the land before time getting it on, but woman on dino. I used to laugh about the series of romance novels that had time traveling vikings that became navy seals – at least that didn’t make me want to hurl.
The internet has been filled with WTFuckery this week! Seriously, damn internet, you crazy. I think this weekend calls for watching Legend of Korra (Still on Friday nights, but new time for anyone interested!), contemplating a Halloween costume, and browsing reddit for… jebus, I don’t know what!
